Service scope

  1. 01

    Equipment assembly and disassembly

Installation and removal of industrial mechanical equipment, with planned lifting operations.

  2. 02

    Metal structures and supports

Fabrication, modification and installation of structures, platforms and pipe supports.

  3. 03

    Process and service piping

Water, air, steam, gas and fire-system lines, with their supports.

  4. 04

    Alignment, leveling and anchoring

Machinery alignment and leveling, and anchoring on new or existing foundations.

  5. 05

    SMAW, GTAW and MIG welding

Processes applied according to the current qualification of the welder assigned to the job.

  6. 06

    Hydrostatic and tightness testing

Hydraulic, pneumatic and tightness testing once assembly is complete.

What you receive at close-out

  • Assembly report with the tolerances achieved
  • Record of the pressure or tightness tests performed
  • Updated isometrics where the project includes them

Assembly is planned operation by operation: weight, lifting points, tooling and route. The welding process is assigned according to the current qualification held by the welder available for that job, and every new line is tested before it is handed over.

  • Lifting operations planned and verified on site
  • Welding process assigned to the welder’s current qualification
  • Alignment and leveling tolerances agreed in writing
  • Hydrostatic, pneumatic or tightness testing at close-out
  • Supervision through assembly and start-up
