Industrial maintenance and field service

Preventive maintenance, corrective intervention and field execution inside plants and industrial facilities. Electrical, mechanical and pneumatic work is coordinated under one project and one technical lead, so a job that crosses two or three disciplines does not mean hiring and coordinating three suppliers.

The work is planned before anyone touches the equipment

What you receive at close-out

  • Technical report of the work performed
  • Photographic evidence, before and after
  • Observations and recommendations for the next service

Every intervention starts with a site survey: equipment condition, access, permits and the window available. Scope, materials and the responsible technical lead come out of that survey, in writing, before a single tool is picked up.

  • Site survey before quoting
  • Scope, materials and technical lead in writing
  • Lockout/tagout applied before any intervention
  • Safety supervision throughout the operation
  • Close-out with a technical report and open observations
