Method

How a job is carried out

Six steps, from the site survey to documented handover. The scope is agreed before a tool moves.

  1. 01

    Assessment

Site survey and review of the current condition of the equipment or installation.

  2. 02

    Scope

Definition of the work, materials, deliverables and the technical lead for each discipline.

  3. 03

    Planning

Work schedule, crew, permits and shutdown windows agreed with the plant.

  4. 04

    Execution

Field work with supervision, safety control and progress records.

  5. 05

    Testing

Functional verification and the tests that apply to the scope, with an accredited laboratory where that is required.

  6. 06

    Handover

Technical report, photographic evidence and formal closeout with the client.
