Industries

Industrial environments we serve

We work where operations cannot stop: manufacturing plants, warehousing and logistics centers, commercial buildings and infrastructure, and other industrial environments, depending on the equipment or system served.

Four priority environments

The service is defined by the type of facility and the equipment involved. Every request is reviewed before we quote.

01

Manufacturing

Nitrogen piping and cable tray installed beneath a production line

Plants with production lines running: motors, panels, compressed air and utilities that can only be worked on inside an agreed shutdown window.

Typical needs

  • Preventive and corrective maintenance of panels, motors and starters
  • Compressed-air networks: installation, extension and leak reduction
  • Assembly, alignment, leveling and anchoring of production equipment
  • Process and service piping for water, air, steam and gas

Capabilities that apply

Maintenance and field service · Pneumatics and compressed air · Mechanical, piping and welding

02

Warehousing and logistics

Industrial warehouse with a roller dock door and exterior lighting on at night

Warehouses, distribution centers and truck yards: availability depends on lighting, on power at the docks and on materials-handling equipment.

Typical needs

  • Interior, loading-dock and yard lighting
  • Electrical distribution and branch circuits for equipment and forklift charging
  • Steel structures: fabrication, modification and installation
  • Service piping and fire-protection networks

Capabilities that apply

Electrical systems and substations · Mechanical, piping and welding · Maintenance and field service

03

Commercial and infrastructure

Compact substation and pad-mounted transformer installed beside a building

Commercial buildings, retail centers and urban development work: the installation is handed over documented and verified, and then needs scheduled maintenance.

Typical needs

  • Substations and low- and medium-voltage service entrances
  • Overhead and underground distribution networks
  • Exterior and common-area lighting
  • Grounding systems and lightning protection

Capabilities that apply

Electrical systems and substations · Transformers and testing · Engineering and technical staffing

04

Other industrial environments

Control panels and electrical conduit installed outdoors

Food and beverage, agro-industry, chemical, telecommunications and public works. Each environment is assessed from the installation and the equipment involved.

Typical needs

  • Utilities: compressed air, nitrogen, steam and water
  • Electrical testing and oil analysis with an accredited laboratory
  • Installations in classified areas where the project calls for them
  • Supervision and technical personnel assigned per project

Capabilities that apply

Transformers and testing · Maintenance and field service · Engineering and technical staffing

What we bring to any of them

The same six capabilities, adjusted to the equipment and the shutdown windows of each facility.

  • Operational continuity

Work scheduled into shutdown windows, plus response when a failure occurs.

  • Applicable codes

Execution to NOM-001-SEDE, NOM-029-STPS and whichever codes apply to the equipment worked on.

  • Multidisciplinary execution

Electrical, mechanical, pneumatic and engineering within a single project.

  • Safety on site

Lockout procedures, work permits and supervision in the field.

  • Testing and verification

Coordinated with an accredited laboratory or authorized UVIE where it applies.

  • Nationwide coverage

Based in Arandas, Jalisco; we serve projects across Mexico.
