Personal data we collect
The quotation form is the only place on this site where personal data is collected. It asks only for what is needed to assess your request:
- Full name and, where applicable, the company you represent.
- Work email address.
- Phone or WhatsApp number, when you provide one.
- Project location.
- Service needed and project stage.
- The scope and timing you describe.
Data we do not collect
We do not collect sensitive personal data, financial or asset data, or file attachments through this site. Please do not include that kind of information in the scope field.
Purposes of processing
Your data is processed for the following purposes, all of them necessary to handle your request:
- Reviewing the request and preparing the corresponding quotation.
- Contacting you to clarify the scope or ask for missing information.
- Following up commercially and technically on the request and, where it goes ahead, on the resulting work.
Secondary purposes
We do not use your data for any purpose beyond those above. We send no advertising or newsletters, we do not trade in databases, and we do not build profiles from what you send us.
Transfers and processors
We do not transfer your personal data to third parties for commercial purposes.
Form submissions are handled by a technology provider that receives the message and delivers it to the GC Ingenieros inbox. That provider acts as a processor: it handles the data solely on behalf of GC Ingenieros and under its instructions, and is not authorized to use it for its own purposes.
Your data may be disclosed to a third party only where a competent authority or an applicable legal provision requires it.
Retention
We keep your request for as long as it takes to handle it and to follow up commercially, and for any period imposed by applicable legal obligations. Once it is no longer needed, the information is deleted.
ARCO rights and withdrawal of consent
You may access your personal data, ask for it to be corrected where it is inaccurate, request its deletion where you consider it unnecessary, or object to its processing for a specific purpose. You may also withdraw your consent at any time.
To exercise any of these rights, write to the address given under “Data controller”, stating your name, the right you wish to exercise, a way to reply to you, and documentation proving your identity or your authority to act on someone’s behalf.
We will answer within the periods set by the Mexican Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP) and its regulations.
Cookies and traffic measurement
This site does not require cookies to work and uses no advertising or profiling cookies. If a traffic-measurement tool is enabled, it records browsing data in aggregate and is not used to identify you.
